IN fact I am lol… he’s been on the brink of death 3 times after going through a gyre, mp40 and all 4 of my clowns loving it to death.. it stays in a rock in the lower part of my tank now and out of sight for the most part so the clowns don’t beat it up..

Made some changes.. see how it goes for round 2 of trying leds lol… I replaced a halide with the brand new reefi uno pros 2.1 and put a XR 30 on board also.. I can already tell I love the reefi and would take it over radion any day of the week! Still got a pair of halides and will give it a month before making any more changes.. hopefully the corals respond well! The spectrum on the reefi is fire thou visually it’s the nicest colors I’ve ever seen! I got some orphek icons also to try.

I believe the Cayman suns… I’m not for sure switching yet but I’m testing for now to see if that’s what I wanna do lol..

Both are decent lights although I've personally not used either. I'm surprised you didn't try the new quanta atlas.

I'm sure you already know this but it goes without saying that having some form of parmeter even something as simple as a seneye will save you. If not then at least use the acclimation mode or manually perform a similar task. You do not want to damage corals.

I got a buddy that’s suppose to bring his par meter over so I can play.. I’m curious honestly how this plays out.. the reefi looks so much cleaner than a radion aesthetically. I have the ab+ program on the xr30 blue and reefis sps program on it.

Catching up on the last few pages... I'm still enjoying the tank and the success you're having with it.
For those unsure if they got a pearlberry, check out an old school sps called the aquadelight. Owned one back in the day, and it looks very close to a pearlberry. Some of the variations just might be that coral.

I have a Greg hillers aqua delight also.. I can see a resemblance but the coralites structure is totally different. I’ll try and get a picture tomorrow when the halides are on. Currently just have blues

Not much to report on the tank it’s growing well! Extremely well! Sold off a couple hammer colonies and the golden rod colony! I’m picking this up this weekend so I have more room to grow out frags and have a qt tank before something disastrous happens to the display. Sigh.
