I ordered mine a few weeks ago. Pods were amazing. Bottles packed with pods and I couldn't hardly find one just laying on the bottom. Will be ordering again

Package comes with 1 of the 2 phyto packs missing.
Contact Tommy and he apologizes and says he will send out missing phyto the next week
Note: The pods I rec'd were half dead (or guarding their eggs?). After temp acclimating them, I put into my tank and half just floated to the bottom with my fish scooping them up. The other half swimming.

2/9/22
I email tommy and ask about the replacement shipment.
He says he forgot...apologizes and says he will send the next week.

2/20/22
I email again about the phyto.
He emails back and says my order was delivered.
However, he sent a delivery picture of the original delivery from 2/2/22
I email back to correct the error, and just ask for a refund of the missing phyto.

Radio silence

2/23/22
I open a Paypal case for the refund of the missing bag of phyto for 12.50

Just my experience. YMMV
