Torch in need of help/advise!!! Please

My tank is currently cycling curious if that is my 1st issue Levels seed good use Reef test kit and all parameters seem to be in place can post if that will help. Curious what to do with Torch got from Store on Sunday and this it what it looks like today right away he looked great but notice the shipment had slime or a goo on many of the torches notice some didn't make it at store and look like the middle am I SOL or what do I need to do for it
