Yep. Say bye bye unfortunately. Nothing you can do really at this point since it’s almost left the house. start looking at param fluctuations and parasites, etc. We don’t know why exactly this happens always.

Something bothered it maybe, retracted to safety, and now back out.
If it’s back, it didn’t bail.
Perfect!
Seems something to the right, torch packs a good sting.

Are you sure it's not still detached, but just sitting on top of the skeleton now? I don't understand a mechanic where a torch will bail and then somehow reattach itself in a short amount of time.

I mean, it looks like it’s reattached I mean it looks like it always had except for this morning when I took that first photo. I even move the powerhead a little just to try to blow it to see and when I did that it seemed like it was all back the way it was or the way it should have been. I don’t know short of pulling it out the water and doing an inspection but I’m not gonna do that just yet. All the tentacles seem about half extender of what they normally are but I’ll look healthy so I’m gonna leave it alone for now

I had a micro lord get pretty far into its polyp bailout. The flesh under the polyp was just detaching from the skeleton. I moved it into a nearly no flow area for a while and if it didn’t actually reattach where it has separated, it regrew over it at least. It’s been a couple years since that happened, and it’s a nice small colony now.
