I recently got some flame algae from a LFS and luckily quarantined it. I found out from a guy there that you can safely use coral dip on macro algae, but upon inspection, I found a tiny Aiptasia. I could be wrong, but I don't think coral dips kill Aiptasia. How do you treat macro algae for Aiptasia?

You can try a freshwater dip. they are tough little buggers though.
