I have 5 fish showing signs of illness.

Powderbrown, Fox Face and PJ Cardinal - all looked like ICH, so I put them in a QT and started copper. FoxFace looks like he may also have Brook.

2 days later my female clown appears to have Brook. Obviously already exposed to ICH as well. I have the clowns in a separate QT and treated immediately with Metroplex straight to the water. Do I treat them with Rid Ich Plus which word is might work better on Brook and also work for ICH or do I go with the Copper.

Can I actually mix Metroplex with Cupramine and/or Rid Ich Plux?

Rid Ich contains formalin which is good for brook and it also contains many other meds that are good to cure ich as well. its a better option i think.
personally i have never used it but have heard good things about it.
Mixing the other 2 will add additional stress on the fish which may not be a good thing.

Thank you, really was just wondering if I could mix Rid Ich Plus with the Metro. My LFS said don't mix the Cupramine and Rid Ich

I use metroplex and copper in combination. Haven't experienced any issues with the combination.

I have no experience with rid ich.
+1 on this ^^^ But consider using Ruby Reef Rally as a 60-90 minute bath as well. It's both antibiotic and antiseptic qualities greatly help when treating velvet, bad ich, brook, etc.

I too have used these in conjunction without issue, and this would be my recommendation solely because I have experience with it. Keep a power head aimed up to maximize oxygen saturation in the water.

Thanks everyone, I did get the Rid Ich Plus and did choose to use that. So far she’s hanging in there. Hopefully she makes it through the night!

I realized I never came back here and gave everyone an update. Well both clowns did die :(. But I managed to save all the other fish. Everyone is healthy and happy and back in the DT.
