Treatments to use in a display tank for ich

my 2 new clown fish have a mild case of ich and i don’t have the space or money to setup a qt tank right now so i’m looking for medication i can use in a display tank no copper obviously

..I haven’t much luck with “reef safe” herbal remedies .. . I’m not envisioning a simple answer here

There are none. Your options are to manage it or take out all the fish, medicate them and let the tank go falow.

If that’s all you have in the tank you can try hyposalinity.

Are you sure it's ich? Clowns are more susceptible to things like brooklynella IME. I definitely would suggest double checking. If you have photos we can help diagnose. In-tank cures don't really exist for ich unless you don't have inverts. If you don't have any inverts (including snails and coral), you could do hyposalinity as suggested by @sde1500.
