So, I bought a new backup trident for when the main one goes out to have a way to control a Ca reactor while the main trident gets fixed.
The backup trident developed a reagent/ test b fail error and later an issue reading Mg.
I just didn’t have time to spend addressing it after submitting a ticket so have been limping along just monitoring alk. Tbh alk is all I care about. Apex customer service has been fantastic so it’s all on me. Anyway, somewhere along the line the alk values began to repeat once every time, basically cutting the alk variability in half. I’ve tried priming the sample but each new alk value will repeat once every single time. Does anyone know of a possible explanation? I’ll submit another ticket someday, lol.
