Trident giving low alk reading after changing to kalwasser

Like it says, so I calibrate numbers match the solution numbers, get my Hanna out test it reads 9 Trident 8 go to the lfs they read 9. Yes I checked for leaks, clogs, change reagents. So for 3 days Trident has been 1 under, any ideas..Thanks in advanced._.._p.s. haven't done anything else to the tank

How long did you have the trident setup before doing calibration?

Had it since February have calibrated several times. Before I switched this week everything was ok, have contacted Neptune
