Hello folks at Unique Corals. Just a heads-up that for the 2nd Triton test in a row I received the email that my test was received at the facility however I do not receive an email that my results are ready to view. The first time I chalked it up to an error and eventually logged in after a week or so and got the results. This time the same thing happened but I logged in after just a couple days and again my results were there but no email was received.
Just passing this along as it feels like someone may be missing a step or there’s a system error if its an automated process.
