First let me say that I love the Clarisea and up until today it worked flawlessly.
Today I went to change the fleece for the first time and when I reinstalled it, the drum no longer turned automatically or manually and the led blinked blue until the alarm led blinked. Resetting does not help and even with it not attached to anything the drum doesn't roll.

Have you tried contacting the seller (assuming it's fairly new) or the manufacturer?

Yes I have, as it happened yesterday, I understand everyone is closed Sunday. I hope to hear from either D-D or saltwateraquarium.com today or tomorrow.

Update, saltwateraquarium.com says since it is past 30 days, I need to deal with D-D direct. I have sent in a contact form.

Looks like everything is resolved. Just an FYI the distributor for the US is ecotech. Let me say they were spectacular with their customer service. So anyone else having a problem contact your retailer and let them know that Ecotech is the distributor and parts supplier stateside.
Ecotech was great and had the warranty motor shipped out the next day.
