Trying to work out ICP test readings to PPM for dosing iodine

Hi I need to work out how much iodine to add to my tank but I am stuck on the ICP test reading in the way ICP list the reading its not in PPM where I need to work my dosage out in PPM can anyone help me thanks
I have 137g tank
I am just got a bottle to Aqua Forest iodine
