I wouldn't stress too much yet...if it starts dropping flesh...then I would try to remove those parts as quickly as I could...but mine have done this before and expell their zooxanthellae....which is nerve racking but I think its their way of "resetting" in order to grow. My Pectinia does it more than any other coral but I always notice some growth after... I hope I am right for u. Good luck!
