i mean the whole point of the cheap frags is to try and get them.....they said you just need 1 purchase over 19.99....maybe they need to do if you buy a 19.99, you can choose a 10 dollar frag before it ships out...everybody wants the cheap cheap

No, they said that for each coral you get that is less than $10, you need to buy one that is more than $10.
