We actually have them medium to high flow. Once they get settled in they can handle it pretty well!
@TopShelfAquatics what about lighting? I believe the spot we are looking to put them in is definitely a not a low lighting spot. It's like mid way up our tank and we are running redsea 90's. let me get a pics so you can see placement. Okay so definitely in medium to high flow. There is a rock right in front of the mp80 so its not in direct but definitely medium to high flow. But what do you all think of the lighting it will get? I circled the rock in red that it will be on this way you can see it in correlation to our lights.

They will do good under medium to high lighting as well. Those spots you have marked should do well!
