Created a case with fedex, they call me back talking about it’s delayed due to weather but it’s only cloudy in Memphis on Google. This sucks, someone could’ve literally drove it to me quicker than this, why didn’t it just ship straight to Charleston ?

I feel your pain… happened to me twice with packages coming from Cali. Ups is obviously the superior shipping company.

Thank you! Got off the phone with Dave from TSA a bit ago and he was able to calm my nerves about it all explaining their superior packaging would allow coral more time in the boxes for these cases. Guess I’ll be late but fashionable to the party lol

Packaging helps, for sure. And it also helps that it isn’t as frigid cold as it was a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, Memphis is basically the main hub for FedEx and virtually every package sent “fedex express” goes through there.

UPS has their giant distribution hub/headquarters in Louisville, KY. I can always track the flights with my coral on them. Because I know the two UPS plans flying from Louisville to Orlando leaves at either 3:45 or 4:40 AM. And depending on when my coral box was received by UPS I know if it’ll be on the earlier or second flight. Makes me feel more “in the loop” haha, but FedEx feels completely like you are flying blind, making it even more frustrating/anxiety inducing.

Yes the weather temp is not too bad, looks like TN has some tornado warnings right now tho! Mistakes can happen with any shipping company, I am just going to not think about too much! It gets here when it gets here, Dave gave it his official push, apparently FedEx wasn’t aware it was an animal shipment at first. If all else fails there are policies for these situations so that always helps calm some nerves too, although I wish it would not ever need to get to that point

Everything looking good aside from the Duncan and some zoas still closed, might need a full nights sleep.

@EuphylliaLover I think the holograms are wall hammer look at that sweeper tentacle from the splatter hammer. i dont think they will be getting along. XD
I was thinking the same, but I think it could be a branching, some are really stubby like that! Mine looks like the heads are about to split but I could be wrong, the way it’s cut doesn’t look like it a frag from a big mother wall hammer, but hey I’m not Euphyllia Expert I’m Euphyllia lover lol! only @TopShelfAquatics can confirm!

I don’t think that tentacle would kill the hammer but it’s better safe than sorry if you have the room to move it, maybe try it once they are more aclimates. I was always told all frogs and hams can go together and the sweepers won’t hurt each other.

I think I’m leaning towards wall since it didn’t specify branching? I’m happy for 80 bucks! I needed to get a euphyllia in there already, I was about to buy that 50$ green hammer too haha, good grab
