what are the chances of a jf aquaman monti and jf beach bum monti getting along and being glued to the same structure (in this case a buddha head)?

to my understanding they will, and can sting each other once they meet - but will they eventually stop and encrust in another direction?

There will definitely be warfare. It may eventually stop and they grow in opposite directions, but one could also end up killing the other.
