Going to leave this batch in the QT for 1 week until the premium live rocks alive. I don't think I'm going to able to use it all. I plan on using the premium rocks in the DT along with base rock for extra caves/shelves. I'll throw the rest in the sump or leave 10-20 pounds for corals QT tank.

I might have 10-20 pounds left over for sale. Hit me up if you're interested.

Rocks been cycling for a week in the tank. No ammonia spike whatsoever. Premium rocks from TBS arrives on the 25th. I don't know what premium rocks I'm getting so the aqua scape is just temporary for now.

So much micro fauna and life in these rocks.

Congrats on the new tank! I started up an XL200 December time! These are some awesome tanks. Definitely a bit jealous of some of these sump setups. Also jealous of your access to TBS rock, I’m up in Canada and we have no way to get that kind of stuff. I actually went the dry Marco rock route for mine. Good luck!

Nice looking tank! What kind of lid is that? I placed an order for a Clearview lid a week ago. I have no idea how long its going to take. I'm hesitant to get a fish because no lid.

The skimmer is the Reef Octopus 110sss. Has a really small foot print (6.5" diameter) . Its such a beast of a skimmer. Very nice foam and very adjustable. I'll do a short vid of it when i get a chance.

Clearview lid will come in June so..... I ordered the Red Sea Lid Kit to have one ready for fish as soon as it comes in. Premium rocks will come next Wednesday. Then I get to aquascape. Next order of business of plumbing the Co2 scrubber to my skimmer . I'm ready for some corals and have been looking. Boy do i miss WWC and Top Shelf Aquatics when i lived in Orlando, FL. Its always best to pick up the corals in person verus shipping.

You might have enough room for a banshee slim line 5g ATO on the left side and it would conceal your wires too. I did the 10g with mine to hide everything.

I'm waiting for the Tunze 3155 to arrive and will have slim ATO reservoir on that side. I plan on wrapping up the wires and sticking the power bricks on the side wall. Its cramp in there...I'll need to make room for a Co2 scrubber and a UV.

Very nice. I’m looking to upgrade to a Red Sea 200XL G2 from a 24g AIO. I’m a newbie and Interested in learning from everyone’s build. I like to go automated as much as possible. Sorry if I missed, are you going with testing parameters automatically?

2nd part of TBS "The Package" arrives on May 25th. I took the day off work to have time to carefully go thru the rocks and handling. I searched youtube for any recent videos of TBS live rocks but appears its been a long time since anyone done a video unboxing of it. I will be do so to document.

I have corals, fish and more gear on the way as well. Next on the agenda for reef gears is plumbing the Co2 scrubber.
