Issue with my Tunze Osmolator Nano. It runs fine for a bit but then it will shoot the hose out of the pump causing the pump to just circulate water in the ATO reservoir.

How do I get the tubing to stay in the pump?

You really have to jam it in there until it stops.

Yeah, I really don't like the odd way they have that set up. I have three of those pumps. The first time I got one, I spent probably an hour trying to troubleshoot it since I could hear it running (it's in my basement) but nothing was happening.

In any case, I use plastic hose clamps, like this. I put one around the base of the part that slides off, and one around the top. Jam the hose all the way in and tighten the clamps (carefully, it's easy to crack the plastic). The top one holds the hose, the bottom one holds the plastic part onto the pump. Hard to explain*, works perfectly.

*I should take a picture, this isn't the first time I've tried to explain it.

I was just running into the same issue. My pump looks different than ones you used in every video I could find and the packaging. I was able to use one of these to secure the pipe.

I used the 5-10mm size. I just wedged the bolt end onto the pump and tightened the circular clamp on the tube. Seems to be working well.
