I have two Tunze Turbelle 6095. I have a 6' long 30" tall tank plus stand. The cord between the 6095 power head and where I need to place the controllers is not near long enough so that I can place two 2 wave pumps at each end.

Is there an extension cord available or does anyone know of a way to make or have experience making an extension cord?

You should be able to cut and splice/solder a cable extension. I don't think the controller to pump has a connector exposed.

Have you contacted Tunze?
I Have. They responded that there is no extension cord and that any attempt to splice into the cord would of course voice the warranty. They did send me recommendations for other Tunze pumps that have longer cords but Already owning these makes that option a huge additional expense.

I don't have time to search the site but there are a few cable manufacturers out their that will custom make them.
All you need to do is take and send a picture of the end of the cables connector type, determine the length you need and done.
Just google custom cables.

This will save your warranty by the way

How? The cable is not connectorized for consumers - its molded into the pump head, and overmolded into the case. Its probably soldered to board, but the overmolding makes it inaccessible without opening the controller case even if there is a connector there.

I generally ignore the warranty on most goods but I a not OP :)

Sorry I was not aware, I do not own a Tunze pump.
I have Maxspects and they have connectors.
