Turbo Snail Won't Leave top of tank

[Deadlocked]

I bought a turbo snail last week and i also have a Trochus snail. The trochus snail just moves around my rock work constantly, but the turbo snail is just chilling near the edge of the surface moving around the tank. My salinity is a tad high after my last water change at 1.027ppm. Everything else is normal.
There's also not a lot of diatoms left on the rock/glass. Will this be an issue?
