Fairly new 4 month old 13.5 gallon reef tank. I have two turbo snails that I have caught in action cruising over my star and clove polyp frags. Once this happens the polyps close up (obviously), but then the next day only around half come back. Its like the snail is killing them slowly. These are only 1" frags, and looked full and healthy until the snails disturb them (I work from home and watch my tank all day), now they are about a 1/4" of the size they used to be. Everything else is healthy in the tank (toadstool, duncan, torch, snails, hermits, clownfish's). Anyone else have this happen?

My snails I have two large trochus(?) That while not damage the coral directly knock things down and generally bulldoze my aqauascape. Seriously thinking about rehoming them because of this behavior not their fault but definitely nonconducive to loosely placed frags.
