Uneven tank

I’d do the stand a lil different. First nothing is preventing it from moving forward or swaying. I’d put a horizontal 2x4 between each of the 2 end legs.
And/or add a 2nd leg to the ends, making a “L” shaped leg (as viewed from above)

I’d spread the inner legs towards the ends, making your center hole 70-80% wider.
I use exterior grade screws.
Seal the heck outta all the wood

Right now I have it bolted to the studs in the wall behind it so it’s not going anywhere. I was going to add more support legs today and make the legs L’s like you said.

That is very possible. Hopefully, it will be an easy fix for you. Please keep us all posted.

These pictures are from after I made adjustments on the posts in the crawl space. The problem is they’re pretty much level but the water level is still off.

Who would I call for that?

You could have a structural engineer give you a consultation. They would be the best bet, unless you have a contractor you really trust.

Sloping floors is not unusual especially in older homes.

A good rule of thumb is the tank is going to weigh 10ish pounds per gallon filled.

The problem is I have the stand bolted to the wall so even after adjusting the posts in the crawl space it could only move so much. So I have to unbolt it and then adjust the posts to really have any effect on the tank leveling out. If that doesn’t work then I will definitely call an engineer.

If it was me I would keep going until it was level, since it would be much harder later. But that’s not to say that how you have it now won’t be fine. Plenty of tanks are slightly off level with no ill effects.

I know you mentioned in the first post it was causing issues with your overflow being over the waterline, so would want to check that too.
