I was looking at all the pods on my glass when I noticed this bigger spaceship like critter (in the center of the pics). It is not free swimming, it crawls on the glass like snail or slug. Any ideas what this is?

Ghost flatworm as mentioned above, not harmful but they do consume copepods.
