Don’t know what this is, bout a cm tall, long thin translucent tentacles reaching out. I have a few of them in the sand bed

interesting.. never seen anything like that before... perhaps some type of worm.

Do you have live rock in there? just wondering how it got in the tank....

the picture is fuzzy and flushed out but from your description, I suspect spaghetti worm. If so, reef safe member that eats detritus and uneaten foods.

Yes I have live rock and I’ve seen 2 6” bristle worms that come out at night too that must have hitched a ride
