PAR rating in SPS tank: 350-550. temp 76 winter, 78 summer, PH 7.9-8.3 (depending on time of day), CA 450, KH 8, MG 1375.

let me check on the rainbow birds nest.

I found the culprit! My salt mix makes 11KH. So I guess I'll have to find a salt mix that is closer to your KH for the acclimation process and then slowly with water changes in my frag tank bring it up to my DT 11 KH.
