I'm trying to make sure the process of checking out, for a local person, is easy and clear during the sale, since the usage of time and one's speed is important.

Yes you will be able to pick the "Local-Pickup" free shipping option during the sale.
Although the "Live Sale Pre-Paid" shipping option is also "free shipping", for the ease of keeping track of the orders correctly, we do ask that you select the correct one that applies to you.
