Hello fellow reefers!
When cleaning my tank the other day, I came to the realization that the color quality of my rockwork seems to be degrading. I attached some pictures. There is a green patch near the top of the structure that appears to be film algae, maybe? Some parts appear to be a lot browner than normal too. It doesn’t look like something that would be harmful or anything, but I wish the rocks were as purple as they used to be. In addition to this, I have been noticing there is some sort of brownish algae on the glass that is incredibly difficult to scrape off, unlike the diatoms I had a couple months ago. Any insight?
