DID some photography last night of the corals. some came out really really good. the growth im getting is amazing. the zoanthids were a colony of 20 polyps on October 13th! now I cannot count them.

what is this??? it si starting to show some color on the growth tips and has enctrusted already. it was one of the freebies you gave out the toher day that bart drug home for me.

I need to toss a few frag plugs in the middle and let them grow over them.

Those zoanthids are very similar to EvilMel's greenskirts (or at least look like those she sold this year) -- which do threat to take over the tank. But if they are, then they also hold on to the rock lightly. Have you tried to pull any off? I used to spread those I had by pulled off about 10 polyps and glueing them to another place in the rock and ended up with over 1000 polyps in about 3 years. I started with 5. :)
