Upgraded from a 125 HOB to CADE 1800 S2

Hello all

hope this is in the right spot. My wife and I have been in the hobby for a couple years and love it so far. We decided to upgrade our tank and equipment now that we know we are hooked lol! Looked at several of the brand name mfg’s and we decided to give CADE a try. Was going with the 1500 but there was a delay in shipping so We spent a little extra and went with the 1800. Anyway here are a few progress pics from unloading to set up. Glad to be here and hope to learn a lot from all of you and help whenever I can as well!

A couple of hours. I had the LFS fill it. A lot easier than hauling 5 gallon buckets around.

You have a lot of flat rocks that you could use to make terraces to put corals on.
I think you should try to make something like this: you’ve got everything it takes to achieve it.

Nice. I filled my roughly 80 gallons with RODI and it took a couple of days.

Used my FX6 canister and pumped water from 45 gallon trash cans so not too long at all.

Great idea! I have a lot of flat rock that came with the tank that I haven’t used as well.
