Any before after growth comparisons. Tank looks nice. Two copper banded butterflys? Any aggression?

Growth is awesome and tanks looks fantastic!
Makes me think I need a Co2 Scrubber.

Highly recommend that CO2 scrubber- really accelerates coral growth.

Pic of a very happy LPS that was recently struggling. Big thank you to @MERKEY for the cocktail recipe that made my LPS come back to life!

I'll be adding one of these. If my growth rates go up, I'll know for sure it was because of stagnate air in the sump cabinet. I need to add some circulation down there :(

The secret to these CO2 scrubbers is to recirculate them through the top of the skimmer. The CO2 media last significantly longer and doesn’t have to be replaced as often. Recirculating also gets higher pH!

Good luck!

I think I need one. My old aquarium ran with a HOB skimmer. Growth was amazing.

I now have a sump skimmer. Growth is slow.

How do you know when the media is in need of replacement? Does the cartridge change color? I was looking at brs for one and half asleep. I may have missed that part.

Edit: I watching video!

Yes it does change colors... I love it already!

Also you will notice the pH of the aquarium dropping. Do you use any aquarium controller?

I didn't see this question somehow. Morning ph is 8.0. After lights kick in 8.15

No controller..

A very interesting note. I didn't take photos. I can dig up old ones.

My frag of a digi monti never grew. Not 1 polyp. But, did suffer some die off. After adding an external tube to the skimmer... The digitata is now showing growth nubs.

Tomorrow co2 scrubber will be here. This should be interesting!
