Wrasse died on day 6 of TTM. Was eating and swimming yesterday. Does this look like uronema? If so there is also 2 clowns in quarantine with him. How should I proceed? Thank you for your help.

Yes it does look like Uronema. TTM won't control uronema, but really, no drugs will control the internal version either. It is unlikely to transfer to the clowns.

Here is my article on it:

Thank you. Restart clock on clowns and how long should I observe for?

I'm not sure what you mean to "restart the clock". TTM is mostly effective just against marine ich, I prefer to run copper and then praziquantel. But, when the TTM is done and you are only worried about ich, then I guess the clowns would be finished with QT.

Clowns generally dont get uronema. Is there something they have or that you are treating for?

I was quarantining new fish.
if copper, a clock of 30 days applies.
If Prazi pro, there is also a smaller clock
Clock applies to day one of given treatment to the point it is fully completed.
