This article Blue light from phones, tablets could accelerate blindness and hurt vision, study finds was in USA Today. They include UV and blue light. We have both kinds of light in this hobby. There is a lot of blue light going on everyday day between a phone, computer and reef tank. I'm beyond the years of thinking I'm bulletproof. So I am thinking a pair of computer glasses might be as beneficial protection from reef tank lights, as phone or computer. There is always something new to consider in this hobby.

There is blue light and UV in incandescent light bulbs, the sun and almost light source. The troubling thing with tablets and phones are that you are looking right at them. Try not to look at your lights for long, or any lights for that matter.
