Hi guys happy New Years, I’m fairly a noob to the hobby and I have some questions about my cycle. So it’s been about 10 days now since I’ve got my tank up and going, I started with adding my live sand and rock (not live rock) and then I got pre made salt water from my fish store. (Salinity is 1.024). After I got all the water in the tank I got it up to temp (80 degrees) after that I dosed my tank with a generous amount of Fritz Turbostart and added my 2 juvenile clownfish, 5 snails and 5 blue legged hermit crabs. After 10 days the tank looks very healthy, my fish are eating very well and so far it’s going very smooth.

My question is, when and how do I know that my cycle is done??? And when can I comfortably start to add my first hardy coral frags? I’m running a AI Hydra 32 HD for lighting.

thank you in advance and I hope you all enjoy your New Years!

Also I still have not done a water change yet, is that something I should do first before adding any corals?
