Varios 2 Flow Rates for each of 5 settings?

Understanding the max setting is 792 gph (at zero head pressure), what is the expected flow rate for settings 1-4?

Here is the breakdown for LPH -GPH

1. 1450 LPH - 383 gph

2.2000 LPH - 528 gph

3. 2200 LPH - 518 gph

4. 2600 LPH- 687 gph

5. 3000 LPH - 793 gph

What are the units for max head height? Meters, feet??

It is recommended to use a return pump with at flow of at least 2700 lph that is what my tank manufacturer said. I was going to buy the varios 2 model but now I wonder. I currently have compacton 2100 so based off this my return is too small for my tank.
