Ah, that appears to be an advanced external protozoan disease. The two probable options are Ich (Cryptocaryon) and Velvet (Amyloodinium). What happens is that severe ich begins to look like velvet, so they are tough to tell apart from just a photograph.

If the fish developed spots over a few days, and was still eating until right towards the end of that period, it is ich. If the fish stopped feeding and began breathing fast, and then developed spots, it is velvet.

Are the fish's tankmates sick as well? II see a foxface in one photo)
Are any of those fish breathing fast/not eating?
How long has it been sick?

You best course of action would be to get all of the fish into a treatment tank with a full dose of copper right away. In the US, we use Coppersafe, Copper Power or Cuprimine. You also need a good copper test kit. Even prompt treatment may not save this fish, as the treatments can take up to 72 hours to start to work, and this fish may not have that long.

If you decide it is ich, not velvet, you could also try hyposalinity, a specific gravity of 1.009 for 30 days (not with invertebrates of course).
