I have a thriving copepod population. I assume they’re the reason I have so many filter feeders. So starving it might not be feasible.Its a tube worm and uses the fan to capture food. Although harmless can multiply. Simply starve and and it will vanish. They favor brine shrimp. Direct flow towards them - NOT at them and they will get no food

What do you suppose these filter feeders are filtering out of my water to eat? I have a bunch of pineapple sponges and tiny little polycheate worms (little white shell with red fan in second picture) all filtering some kind of food from the water column, and now these fan worms.This one won’t have an affect on pods
