What is this? Is it under my coral or is it part of the coral? It seems like it has slight green fluorescent tip, but maybe it’s just the coral growing over it?

Looks like a cyphastrea coral. I don’t see a pest. Can you circle whatever you are asking about?

The cyphastrea might be growing over a vermetid, its hard to tell. Do you get any slime webs coming out of the tip when you stir sand or feed?

May be spionids. If you see 2 little hairs as noted above, it's spionid worms and there is not much you can do to eliminate them.
