I have the AP700 on a 6ft x 24 x30 deep tank.
I have the AP700 in the middle I have two 360x on each side.
I have two 60” xho reefbrite bars. I run my lights at 100%
I am also running whites at like 50% for 4hrs a day.
That increased my par at the bottoms of a 30” tank.

I have a mixed reef so I don’t need 300 par on the sand.
I use the low par levels to put corals that do best at 75-50par

if You don’t want to grow sps on your sand bed you should be fine.

most people have no need for T5 supplemental lights.
If you increase your whites/red/green you will also
Increase your par and your corals will grow better.

running only blue light on the kessil is only using 50% of the lights.
My lights are 6” off the water using the kessil mounts

Just an update, here is what this tank has turned into, and I could not be happier. I would just like to go on record, if I ever decide to change anything about this tank in some quest to make it better, I'm totally crazy.
