I am glad you enjoyed it. It was such a big project. We removed a partially load bearing wall. Placed a hidden beam in the ceiling. Removed over 500 square ft of flooring, laid new tiles and backer board. It was back breaking labor. So fun though. It is such a shame all the photos are gone.

I guess I was not paying great attention to realize it was all pieced together. The finished product looks so uniform.

Yeah, we had to build it around the aquarium after it was set up. Because there was no good place to leave the 90 gallon going. And we made it like kitchen cabinetry. And my husband over builds everything. lol. He did not like the frame and skin that many aquarium cabinets use. So he only did that on the part supporting the weight. I will post a picture with it all opened up.

@pshootr when are you going to start a thread regarding your build?o_O
Probably not until I actually start the build. There are just too many unknowns at this point. I'm toying with the idea of going with a tank that it is a little bit bigger. Life has been getting in the way, so I have not been able to start yet.

Sorry to hear you lost all of your photos. It was nice to see the preliminary work of the cabinet though. The end result is very impressive indeed.

I don't think you could tell even in person. The rales and stiles are continous and done so beautifully.

The sump is still till a work in progress.
1. The sock holder is very flimsey and feels like it might break when I remove the sock. It does handle the splash though. So maybe make a different sock holder that can handle having a sock pulled thru it with out flexing?
2. The teeth allowed the chaeto pieces to flow into the other chambers when I harvested the chaeto, so I zip tied a strip of plastic needle point canvas to the teeth. Might be fixed.
3. Light pollution into my skimmer chamber because I did not take the black acrylic low enough or high enough. Ugh. Do not want to take this thing off line to fix that.
4. The flow into the sock is like a jet stream that sprays back out of the sump. Salt creep everywhere.
