Thanks. Isn't is funny how she squeezed that much dog onto that seat? The only thing more lovely about her is her temperment. She is just the sweetest dog. It is funny and kinda weird how she recently got a little more ornry, and likes to rough house now.

I have a weird blue sticky foam in my Brute saltwater mixing container. I woke at 4:30 this morning and has an epiphany. It has to be the foam prefilter on my Eheim 1262 pump melted from the bleach soak. So now what? Soak it in vinegar?

the ups and downs of a reef tank...we live for the ups and cry thru the downs. I have a down to share. the new LR that I added about a month ago has 5 sprigs of neo on it. I asked the owner directly if his LR was from other tanks or was from the shipper. I feel I was lied to. I knew better than to buy such a big purchase from an unknown store, but the folks were very nice and the store was pretty cool.
I can not get a good picture that shows the uglies either.

This makes me happy that most of my rock was dry rock.
I guess I am glad I chose to put it as the loose top pieces. I planned that, yep sure did.

None of the LFS around me have the snails I want. Or any snails actually. I need a CUC ASAP. The three snails and single hermit I have is just not working. ;Wacky

Have you considered ordering a pack from either Reefcleaners.org or Live Aquaria? Very cost effective compared to most LFS's.

Yes, I will have it shipped Friday. But I did find a few nice critters at the LFS that I rarely go to. It is only 20 minutes away, but I rarely go to that side of town.
