Was this frag left in the same spot? Same lights and camera? It looks like it went through a color change almost the same as mine. I'll post up soon.
Changed from SBreef to kessils. The kessils look more natural and not so heavy on the blue. The first pic was blues only. I could replicate it with the kessil if need be.

No not at all, I was just curious as to the differences. Thanks again for sharing. I'm about to change my bulbs and hoping the par boost helps with color, it's a bright pastel blue ish with the colored highlights.

Here's mine as of today. Doesn't seem to want to encrust much so far. It's grown about 1/2" in height but hasn't really based out like some of my other sps. It's thicker and taller overall.

Left pic is the side that sees more light and the side where it's slowly encrusting. Baby blue also showing up in the middle tip.

Good news everybody!! I just turned my flow up and my WD is extra hairy now. I'm not really sure if it's good news or not but it looks better.

How long did it take for everyone's frag to start encrusting? I've got a small frag that I've had for over a month that's just sat doing nothing aside from turn green from its original blue.
it takes a few months sometimes. may react a bit differently especially if your parameters are significantly different than the tank it came from.

Here's what mine looks like under the daylight setting on the Kessil AP700, 1 Blue+, and 1 Coral+ T5.

Looks like your WD is well under the Kessil AP700 and T5s. I have very similar setup with AP700 and 2 T5s, both ATI Blue Plus.

How long have you had it and what intensity are you running your Kessils?

I've had the Kessil for at least 4 months now. I run the Kessil at 35% for 2 hours, then 50% 2 hours, 70% 2 hours and then ramp back down every 2 hours. T5s are up for 6 hours.
