War Paint Clown Goby - best food to fatten him up?

Ok, so I impulse bought a little tiny (half inch long) War Paint Clown Goby yesterday for $12. He didn't look super skinny at the store but the lighting in the tank was kind of dim and he was hiding. I got him home and he's skinnier than I would like to see for sure. I offered him some flake, some freeze dried (Reef Jerky) and some frozen mysids. He did eat some of the mysids but I didn't see him taste anything else.

What should I feed him to fatten him up? I'm guessing the frozen since he actually ate it, but any other suggestions? I'd really like him to survive and thrive!

When I had my war paint goby he ate all the small stuff in rods food I feed. Every once in awhile he’d grab piece of shrimp or something but not often.

Rods original food. Sometimes there are big pieces of shrimp and I do cut it into smaller pieces.
