@noopsyche

I've made my own mounting bracket out of L-shaped aluminum struts.

I want a security backup avoiding the light falling into the tank by having a security zip tie from light to mounting bracket

Does my 1yr warranty get voided if I drill one hole just large enough for a zip tie to fit thru to secure to mounting bracket, in the very outside corner of the heatsink?

Drilling a hole where indicated above to fit a zip tie thru to zip tie to a mounting bracket so the light doesn't KEEEER-PLUNK in the tank by accident....

Will drilling a hole void your Warranty?????

Sure, it still have one year warranty. And I would like to see your tank with K7 when you light on. Can you share to us? :)
