Water Pump In Reverse For Filling Reservoir From Buckets?

As the title said. Is there a water pump that can work in reverse?

I want to add a 20G tank under my cabinet for ATO. As it stands I fill my ato with 5 gal buckets using a pump every time.

Is there a pump on the market I can leave inside the 20G tank that will suction water from the buckets? I won't have to carry a pump all the time, it would be easier to fill and create less of a mess.

I was thinking something almost exactly the same, but for water changes, with a pump living in my sump.

Aquaclear pumps are reversible. Not nearly as powerful in reverse mode but ...
