looks like the rock has great coralinne growth. thats a great sign. and it looks like you took out the sand? what made you do that? i love the barebottom look. any negatives to removing the sand?
The sand was removed by myself because of the battle of dinos. And the long lasting GHA that would not just go away and I was tired. So I figured removing the sand may help with dino battle but may help with GHA. So I removed it half tank one day and two weeks later second half. I love the barebottom too I wish I did it from day one. Small complains. Flipping snails over is hard. They slide on she'll. I use a coral feeder. Try to keep hands out the tank. Also frags slide with flow. But I like it.

Turkey basting rocks every week or every other week before my wc. Man so much debris and poop comes out and settles (I never noticed when having sand) ahah

Nice build man! I just placed an order for the GHL 2.1 doser. How are you liking their full lineup of product?

Profilux 4 is awesome. Lights are cool and look cool. Kh director now as it's dialed in finally is awesome. I'm overall happy. Never used Apex so I can't compare but I'm happy with GHL. And have the ion director on preorder

I don't update much on here but here is a quick couple pics. And a vid I took without intention of posting so the glass is dirty but it's daylight so t5 and leds. I run slightly whiter lighting on peak. Photos are when lights are about a hour from turning off at night.

Thanks. No secret. Not sure if I posted on here. I gotta scroll up but I battled GHA twice total of like 8 months with bryopsis. With dinoa for months. No idea. Just time I think!

Amazing! What kind of CUC do you use to keep that beauty so clean?

Well done Mike. Keep it up. Quick question, is that a secondary chamber for calrx media or co2 scrubber?
Shoot i dunno what I have left. Maybe 6 mexican turbos and 10 or so astrae/trochus mix. And 4 hermits. Not much. I see empty shells as they are getting hermit attacked or dieing slowly melting away.
