I have had a saltwater fish only and freshwater tanks but I’ve been out of the hobby for a while. I’m getting back in it and going to do a full reef with corals.

I may or may not have decided the 35.2 is too small already....

In other news this thread should probably be renamed the WaterBox Peninsula 4820 Build. This gives me 80 gallons of DT plus a 30gallon sump.

Everything else I feel I should be able to carry over......Except I need to find a new protein skimmer.

It’s small but a good start. I’d recommend dropping all the chemical filtration and feed less in the beginning. Also that Nero Eats fish in small tanks if you aren’t careful. The seneye gives odd readings and be careful about the par levels on your high rocks, they are super close to the surface and you will Nuke corals if you aren’t careful to acclimate and monitor par levels.

Lots to learn but have fun, go slow and you probably have more than enough filter gear (too much imo).
