That stand is designed to hold a tank. However, when I had it mine was very wobbly. If you got the tools you could make a pretty simple stand.

yes and no all stands are different even if there from the same brand that's how it goes. "from experience". btw i already ordered the stand. we have well water and it is supper clean and basically comes right from the ground into a cup
so im debating getting a rodi system
my lfs has rodi water for about 5 dollars for 5 gallons
how long can salt water or just plain rodi water sit
ik that u probly have to have a power head in the salt water
i want to get like a months supply of rodi water and just store it could that be possible?
also my lfs is about 30 minutes away i have other fish stores near me but there a little bit shifty
like one is owed my some old cupule and i felt bad for the fish because most of them were sick or dyeing. give em your thoughts and can i use my well water

marry xmas

I would get an RODI system if you can, it would be much more convenient. When I ran calcs a while back I think it comes out to be roughly $1.30 per gal but that was based on my system, water usage and general time based replacement. It’s likely less than $1/gal if you extend the replacement time based on water volume produced.

RODI water should store fine just make sure to cover it. The salt storage will depend on the brand/mix you use. BRS has an investigate video on this but generally salts closer to natural sea water stored better.

Im in the same boat as you as the stand. I got one from live aquaria for 120. It was designed for 24g nano tank but measures 18x18 which should fit the 20g waterbox. Sadly there is an ever so slight overhang because whatever the stand was made for had a bowfront so it is curved and not a perfectly straight edge.
