So the one on the right is closer to the top and than I have the 2 on the left, one close to the surface and one below it in the middle. So I think it's fine. But idk. I keep messing around with that.Put a powerhead on each side about 3 inches below the surface so you get some nice surface ripple for gas exchange.

I tried mine in different places, different intensity, different pre sets etc... mainly you just want good flow with no dead spots or sand blowing along with good surface ripple.I think im over thinking tbh
