Step Ahead Innovations (SAI) seeks a customer-focused, tech-savvy Customer Service Manager with solid experience with aquariums. The person in this new role will initially support product beta testing while establishing SAI's highly responsive customer service operation and systems in time for product launch in the spring of 2017. As our business grows, this experienced manager will be responsible for scaling our customer service function while recruiting a team for servicing customers throughout North America. Essential qualifications include B.S. Degree, a minimum of 7 years of customer service experience, including 3 years in management, building and supporting strong customer-focused teams, exceptional communication and project management skills, and an ability to support users of technical consumer products. Knowledge and personal experience with aquariums in a hobby or professional setting is required.
